Trade Tags

Trade tags are a useful feature in journaling your trades, allowing you to easily categorize and filter them based on common themes or characteristics. You can create custom tags that align with your trading strategy or personal preferences, such as ranging, scalping, news, or a high-test candle. You can also assign multiple tags to each trade to capture various aspects of the trade.

Using tags, you can easily filter your trades across various screens, including the timeline, stats and insights, to quickly identify trends or patterns in your trading. This can help you identify areas for improvement or track the performance of specific trading strategies over time.

Applying tags

You can add or remove tags from a trade by selecting them directly on the trade tag tab or by searching for them using the text field at the top of the page.

Managing tags

You can create and manage tags from the trade tag tab, allowing you to stay in the flow of recording a trade.

To add a new tag, simply type its name in the input field, and press "Enter." If the tag doesn't exist yet, it will be automatically created and added to the trade.

You can rename or delete individual tags by right-clicking on them.

Additionally, tags can be easily moved between different categories or orders by dragging and dropping them as needed.

Categories

Tags are grouped into categories to help with organisation and easy navigation. Adding a new category is simple - just type the desired name into the "Create New Category" field at the bottom of the page and click the "+" button. Categories can be reordered by using the drag handle on the left side of the category name, while the three-dot menu on the right provides additional options such as editing the category or adding a new tag to it.
